I’m Monica, owner of The Pinche Collective. For 20+ years, I was deep in the car biz crunching numbers—until COVID pushed me into a new lane. I apprenticed, got Luminary certified, and now nerd out on continuing education every year. I’m Gen-X, which means I get what it’s like to want nails that fit your vibe and last through real life.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m hanging with my husband, three dogs, and our last kiddo still at home (after raising five!). I know firsthand how busy life can get, which is why I believe your nail appointment should feel like time for you—a mix of self-care, creativity, and connection. So whether you’re here for a clean structured gel or bold hand-painted art, I’ve got you!
